Multi vitamin 

Lunch:
Salad
Wholemeal sandwich
Water/fruit juice

Dinner:
Calorie controlled meal
Food supplement 
(As little calories as possible)

Snacks:
Seeds, nuts, berries, fruit

Drink loads of water!!
